What species of wood are you using for the board and Batten? Are you using a 1x12 board & 1x3 batten (since I don't see any horizontal joints)
the 1st floor around the entryway? it appears to be flat boards?

on this home. Unfortunately, we do not know the answer because we provide the timber frame and all the materials to provide a "weather-tight" shell for the home. the original homeowner who did this landscaping also no longer lives in the home.

Where can I see a floor plan for this house?
-reclaimed oak flooring -gourmet kitchen w/ slab limestone countertops -bedrooms all have ensuite baths -has a guest/inlaw suite with kitchenette -separate trappers cabin with additional sleeping loft
