stray trash barrel or dog bowl around! This first one was an entire room in a large home, we did a "vanity" with the food below, a twin bed on a low platform for the dog bed and we restored a shower in what in a no pet home would have been a powder room to accomodate those dogs! We also drilled holes
holes into the recessed panel door so the dogs could check out what was going on a little. http://www.houzz.com/photos/1003258/Dog-Station-eclectic-spaces-los-angeles, and this fabulous polka dot floor project had a giant room for their dogs to lounge and eat in, they had their own door under the cat's
more for you. I actually can only think of a few projects where I haven't been asked to work in a pet or dog station. I have pets, so I think I attract clients with pets. I hope that the stray dog hair the lint roller missed helps sell my services- it's branding! The photo you asked about was in a

Can anyone identify the dog picture next to the fireplace? Is it something that has been massed produced or an original piece of art? Keep coming back to this picture. Thanks.
The flooring looks dog friendly too.
Dog decor can be whimsical or taken very seriously. A large monochromatic portrait of two black dogs is showcased as the main art piece in this carefully considered open-plan living space.

the biggest, most centrally located room. This will most likely be your living room or kitchen, and it's a great place to start working on your whole-house palette. If picking colors has been stressing you out, choosing a soft, neutral hue for the main room will make picking the other colors easier. And

Tri Color Kitchen
I'm building a two-story house with barn/shop on the bottom with living quarters (3200 sq.ft. house) on a very high upper level. There is no access to clean the windows on that level so I'm putting in tilt windows throughout the house. I want to do backsplash windows in the kitchen
Love the cream color on the dog where can I get that?

shows a cattle brand that we found on one of the boards used. We can only guess that it might have been a test brand to see how hot the iron was. The amazing coincidence (maybe) was the letter of the brand was the initials of the owner/chefs first name. Photos Mehosh Dziadzio
What are the dimensions of this house?
There is no hood. Plenty of ventilation in the house. It's just a couple and their eating habits are simple, natural foods, minimum frying etc... In our area a hood is not required by law. It's mostly for heat and smells. If you have good ventilation you can consider not having one.
dog bowls of found stuff....rather than traditional bought bowls? Up on a stool for comfort of the dog's neck?

The beautiful custom made long, long table and chairs in the center of the great barn room and the open kitchen in the background with the old stone house beyond seen through the transomed door openings. Two high windows bring in light under the ceiling. Photo: scott benedict practical(ly) studios
Or perhaps you lucked out with some amazing architecture to start you off. The rafters and beams in this stunning New York farmhouse dictated the kitchen's clean, industrial style.See more of
