utilitarian bathroom which will include a small shower. Is the shower also for humans, and will it require a curtain? We would also like to use it for our dogs which have the same expressions as the doggies pictured. I like the "no escape" door. Great design! Thanks.
The doorway is hinged to the side jam of the dog shower.
having a pet station for cleaning your dog and storing food
Cool little pet space, but the actual room for the dogs is wayyyyyy too small. Still cool, though.
Pool shower that turns in to dog storage
What a great idea! Dog door space.
Incorporate the washing station into the mudroom. Mudrooms are a very popular spot for dog wash stations. Dogs enter from the back or side door, and their muddy paws never make it into the rest of the house.

The area didn't have a drainage problem. Before i put the landscaping fabric & mulch, that area had grass. Anytime it rained & the dogs played the grass got ripped up. Eventually i had more mud than grass. The mulch sometimes gets moved around & wiil probably need to be filled in once a year. It's been

They play just as hard on the "mud-less" side where water doesn't linger! I'm putting in a French drain and re-grading the sluggish area

It would be great to see the type of space initially used, to begin this idea. We have a yard with various contours and dimensions. Specifically, there is a portion of our back yard that may require a few retaining wall in efforts to make it usable.
My Dad is building a play house for my twins and is looking for the same netting you have up on the top - can you tell me a place to order that product? Thank you.
Yes they are euphorbia, not a great idea near where kids play as the sap causes blisters on your skin.

fenced area for kids/dogs, smaller lawn, lots of grown in plants
Not just for colonial or cottage homes, this weathered picket fence makes itself at home in the densely wooded front yard of a more contemporary house. I like that the owners have left the wood untreated, allowing it to effortlessly fit in with its natural surroundings.
