This renovation project began with the screen doors. Warped and rotted, they needed replacing. From there, it evolved into a new kitchen, mudroom, reconfigured interior spaces, and a general spiffing up both inside and out. The result is a cohesive product, complete and requiring only regular maintenance
Can floor tiles similar to these be purchased near Nice, France and if so, where?

Could you kindly describe the tile used
What is the backsplash (tile and color)?
The tile is actually a porcelain 12x24
The floor tile was a porcelain 24x24 in a charcoal slate that was cut to a 12x24

Wall covered in small tiles around windows in kitchen instead if drywall?
Love how open the kitchen is
This shed ceiling could be an option for both the kitchen and bedroom, and I like the look of the wide planks. The larger timbers are great, but may be too bold of a statement. (btw - I have this flooring in my kitchen and get compliments on it.)
This kitchen's vaulted ceiling is lined with tongue and groove planks painted white. Wood beams set them off and recessed lights allow the planks, rather than the lighting fixtures, to take center stage.
