Painted baluster, stained handrail. Love this look. Notice stair light.
Traditional, but different. Architecturally interesting. Transitional in style.
I only have a small width & length, but this looks about right; however I have 12' ceilings. Need attic access to build room in walk-out attic.
looks like this stair sits in a 8' x 12' square foot print... it all depends on ceiling hight

copper looks great with wood. it adds shine and seems to enrich the other colours.
it out into the open? Here, balustrades have been made from copper piping. In conjunction with the rustic stair treads and chunky beams, the piping looks warm and unique – just right for this old, characterful home.

than red oak. The finish looks like Rubio Monocoat, which is also what I have on my floors. It is EASY and GREEN and it is super durable. It doesn't have the shiny plastic that scratches. This incorporates elements of the style without being in-your-face
Traditional southwestern style like this always makes a cowgirl think about her favorite ranch. The simplicity here is appealing to a girl who likes to be out on the range. Personally, I'd probably add a hat and lasso on the wall as additional decoration but I can appreciate the starkness here.
another picture of that look may be too heavy but neat
