If by "shower screen" you mean the fixed glass panel at the shower, it is simply a 3/4" tempered fixed glass panel, with hardware by C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. If you mean the translucent wall panel to the right and reflected in the mirror

The shower walls are Lea Basaltina naturale, and the shower floor tiles are Lea Basaltina stucatta.
You can get a beautiful polished stainless steel flush mounted ceiling shower at 380 x 380 from Faucet Strommen in Australia. They can post overseas. RRp at $1300 + freight. Picture below for your ref.

the dimensions of the shower/tub area? I have a small space that I'm trying to acomodate both in. thanks

How long is the arm on the rain shower head?
I'm doing a similar project. What did you use to support the freestanding shower wall to the brick wall?
The showers. Special treatment to avoid leaks? How do you get a coop board to OK a brick wall shower/bathtub? Showing them this picture maybe!
