One-of-a-kind and other very rare plants are around every corner. The view from any angle offers something new and interesting. The property is a constant work in progress as planting beds and landscape installations are in constant ebb and flow.
much so that there is no undergrowth and it remains fairly damp at all times. Would love to landscape it, just need to know how much I should thin it out. Just wondered if there was a general rule of thumb. Thank you!!

The large green leaf plant on the left is a 'alocasia macrorrhiza'.
The purple plants are elephant ears also, like the ones next to the porch, only the black variety.
I thinkk these are bulb plants they will die down and then come back.
