how many inches between the end of the stairs should a runner like this start? also, in a hall, how far from the start and end of the hallway should the runner start?
bedroom there are 3 beds in property at mo plus a study partner seems to knock every room into 1 large square creating bedroom ensuite/master batroom and dresser down whats tour outlook on this has i personally would not hesitate to take roof up for m suite and block s out of pointrd pinr end fittinglae=rgeb
Stair runners shouldn't end at the top of the stairs - They should continue as the carpet for the upper hallway.

Villanova Residence - stair hall
Around 6' at the stair and around 10' at the foyer. For hallways and corridors we try to stay around 4' minimum and if the space is a high traffic zone then stay around 5' minimum. Hope this is helpful!
