photos going up the staircase wall, using vintage frames with no glass
have mostly 8 x 10 pictures (and smaller) in frames so not sure if I should have some pics enlarged to make it more interesting like this.
These frames don't have backs to them so how do you make the photo stay? Do you mount it onto something?
What is the wall color used here? Also are the frames one color or various colors?
Did you paint these frames, and antique them yourself? Or are they store bought. I am really struggling
It is a frame within a frame. The rectangular little picture is in a frame with the ornate, oval frame around it. That's what I would do anyway.
Love the frames! Love the wall! I will put this idea into action today!!
