11feet 10 inches. Door must be capable to open up to at least 10 feet. Whatever closure goes on this wall must close flat against the wall openings, or store in them. It would be best if the door could fit inside it, but not req'd. Thanks!
10. Make it beautiful. There's no telling what tastes will be like in the future, but in my experience, a space that is well designed and well executed with quality materials is much less likely to be remodeled — even if it doesn't match the new owner's taste. A beautiful space can even change
about 10 yrs ago but they no longer carry them. Sorry.
The ballusters were from home depot 10 years ago. They were an exterior balluster they had before all the plastic sysems moved in. They were in hemlock but I do not think they are still carried there. good luck.
has a 10 inches cps, Am i correct? Would you mind sharing the draft? And a down side photo of it?
above is 10'-5" by 7'-2". Depending on the local code it may be possible to be more compact. consider the wisth of the treads at 36" plus 3" per side for the C section steel frame; multiply by 2 and add a minimum of 1" gap between the flights and 1" gap to the wall on either side.
