I'll assume that you are referring to the railing system. It is constructed utilizing solid stainless steel. The surface of the metal is finely abraded to achieve what might commonly be referred to as "brushed stainless steel". So what you are seeing is the metal itself

made from Stainless Steel and they were custom made in Pakistan. Though, if you do a google search of "Stainless Steel Railing Systems" you'll probably get a handful of companies with similar products here in the States.
