I am planning on a similar remodel in my new home in westlake village ....I love oak ( white oak) and your design. This off white paint works really well with it....
We custom designed the railing and then had a local subcontractor fabricate it. The railing consists of 1 1/2" stainless steel tube as posts, 3/4" x 1 1/4"
represents line because because there are multiple uses of lines for example the diagonal stair case is made up of many lines and makes it emphasizes the design
