Does anyone know the paint colour used here in the bathroom?
I'd like to expand a bathroom by put the vanity/sink area under the stairs- but am concerned that it will feel too closed in- what do you think the minimum necessary height is?
Floor finish product here is Rubio-Monocote, oil-wax.
Walnut, 5" planks, Rubio Monocoat oil wax finish.

It is simply a faux finish. Any custom decorative painter would be able to create this finish. It is a textured plaster with Sherwin Williams - #SW1396 Honey White finish.
dislike this finish because it is ugly and looks like a granny house. If you take the time you can do this finish yourself, although cleaning would be hard.
Like faux finish...just not color for my wall.

I would try to go for a smooth finish knowing that you will have a bigger market wanting that particular look on the walls. Regarding the sharp corners, they are not difficult to replace except

your looking for a rustic finish the harder the better) When using an engineered flooring make sure solid stair trim / and or solid boards are available. If using darker colors consider un finished and finish with oil for best results to avoid fogging of polyurethane finishes. Floating, my preference
