I would like to know what color stain is on the handrail and on the floor, is it the same stain? Wood?
The stain for the oak handrail and oak flooring was custom blended by the owner and flooring subcontractor. I do not know the manufacturer, color or code
kitchen, you will find the color of the floor appears to be different, based on the areas and the light on the floors. It is best to have a number of samples
however the location of the second level hallway overlooking the first floor foyer has a large window which is effecting the color in the photograph.
I would recommend that you take the photograph to your builder or flooring subcontractor to view and provide an number of samples of a few of the hardwood
