garages, study, toilet and service rooms: laundry, pantry, one bedroom, one bathroom and the barbecue area. This geometry created a long path towards the entrance of the house, which was designed by combining vehicle and pedestrian access. The social areas are organized from the access hall around an inner
pool that is joined to the lake visually and serves as separation from the master suite. The upper floor is organized around the double-height space, also benefiting from the views of the environment, the inner yard and the garden. Its plan is made up of two full guest suites and a large study prepared
inner yard that integrates natural light to the different environments. The kitchen, the dining room, the gallery and the sitting room are aligned and overlooking the lagoon. The sitting room has a double height, incorporating the stairs over one of the sides of the inner yard and an in-out swimming pool

Zen's House
This is an awesome idea. With so many kids in my house and so much school stuff along, it would make for a much more organized out to school and back home. I do agree with the stairs being left open, day or night. (since when do kids see what's right in front of them,
there is someone playing a joke, which would not be funny) Maybe some sort of alarm going off when there is a draw left open. I love to keep a well organized house and this is one idea I would very much consider. ( with an alarm) Thank you

the interview without its seeming like grandstanding). Doing this educates the client on the way you work, and it removes some of the tension from the room. Talking about what you love to do should incite passion and confidence in you and (by design) the client. Most people are unfamiliar and intimidated

updating several rooms of my house, so I am saving multiple pictures into 'Your Houzz' with labels like " laundry room floor" or " bathroom sink". I would like to be able to review these photos I have saved and sort them by my comments. So that I can see all of my laundry room ideas, for example

today to find it and gave up. thanks to everyone's ideas. i too have a narrow staircase and although i agree that its awkward to view, I just gutted 2 rooms that were full of my art collection (framed art) to make one large kitchen, leaving me with ONE space for ONE painting!!!!! Ughhhhh! so.... I need to

This type of storage would look amazing and be completely functional for me: sewing/project room
I love the organization that this has!
This photo shows a wonderful means of taking advantage of every square inch (note those flat files) and integrating that storage into the rest of the room. The only negative with this stair is the tall first step; it looks to be about 2 feet.
