How is this flooring held down?

Wondering how the plywood is holding up and what type it is? pine?
The Plywood is holding up well. It looks new still. It is just southern pine plywood with a polyurethane finish.

How do tiles on a staircase not shift, or crack over time and wear?
How do tiles on a staircase not move, shift, or crack over time and wear?
This is not tile- it is a material called magnasite which was used 1920-1950 in spanish colonial and mediterranean revival style homes. It is a composite material which is poured like concrete then shaped and scored to look like tile or stone.
Did PaveTile also make the stair treads? Hard to tell

Love this floor could you give purchase info name and manufacturer
The stair treads are made of bamboo plywood. You see the edge grain of the plywood exposed.
Can u give the exact name of the manufacturer? I've looked online and that description gives a variety of bamboo wood flooring. The one that I came close to the description was a manufacturer named construkt but the color isn't the same as the picture. Please advise.
