We have a small house, we took four small rooms out of the front for living room and vaulted the ceiling and putting a loft bedroom above the kitchen and only other room in house not a lot of space for stairs these are perfect

I love this look. My home also has a "half" wall going up the stairs so that the balusters will not sit on the stairs themselves but will rather be sitting on the "half" wall

What is the height of the newels? Also, in the design, are those leaves? what are those small tendrils? can we get a more detailed picture of that part?
