Great 1 bedroom nyc
plan - lower kitchen living area
simple stairs from old living room to office/K's room
Three layer flooring with small stair can really create more space in relatively small living room
These steps lead from the kitchen to the a tall loft-like living space in the background. Note the steps that ascend from the living room to the floor above the kitchen, most likely a bedroom. A unique view of the living room is had from this kitchen.

Like the open space and design of where our kitchen and living room will be
Nice for entrance. Make it open to living room at top of stairs.
Straight staircase without living/game room. I kinda like.

Thanks for sharing. I love the Cedar wood siding and I am interested in having the same for my living and front porch. My challenge is, i live in Liberia (West Africa). How can i have this done?

I live in a pretty typical and boring 1960s split-level home. Although I don’t have a photo of the space, I am renovating and wondering how to create a better flow and connection between rooms and levels? Any suggestions?
sheets were joined, so the texturing isn't fooling anyone anyway. The corners are sharp. The texture seems to enhance the feeling and appearance of living in DRYWALL. I learned to do American Clay, and did a small area so far, but I don't think that will fly in the whole house when we sell, I think most
