What type of latter did you use to paint these high ceilings???
Hi- This was done by a professional painter using scaffolding.
What color white did you use for the trims and ceiling? Thanks!
Martha Stewart's Plumage is a similar color.
between them is a blue color that pops when you look at them.
A complementary color scheme uses colors that are opposite

nice use of orange and blue...
certainly don't say "holiday" thanks to their complementary colors.Orange and blue also are at opposite points. In using them, you'll have an instant complementary color scheme.
Dynamic Duo. Colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel create a dramatic and visually stimulating space. Here

What colors of blue and green were used here? Absolutely gorgeous!
Seriously do not have a clue. For both the stairs and the walls, I do colorwashing which is a technique of layering paint colors on top of each other. It gives an effect that is more complex than just a coat or two of paint. Sorry I can't help w/ the exact answer.
The color combo! For the bedroom?

means of using color occurs. But instead of volumes being treated with color, the interior walls are seen as planar, as if each wall surface is a canvas for color. And the way the underside of the stair is articulated in a sculptural manner makes the house ironic and playful.

American Modern Thomas O'Brien
does anyone know what specific color & brand the cream paint is?
Do you know the diameter of these balusters? I have noticed some staircases similar to this use a narrower baluster and use 3/step. I like the look of this one at 2/step and they seem to be a bit larger diameter

soften the starkness of the formal hallway.Tip: O'Brien is a master at layering elegant, muted colors. When decorating with white, employ various shades to create depth. For example, use a slightly creamier color for trim than what's on the walls to create visual interest. The same applies to furniture.
Use antiques to soften modern lines. Achieve the O'Brien look with a pale palette. Paint walls, trim and ceiling white or cream. For flooring, use light-colored marble, wood like pine or bamboo, or wood painted white or cream. This is a classic modernist trick to amplify the size or light in a room.

7. Use color. "Color can be amazing when used in the right location, so keep an open mind about it," says Thompson. "For instance, highlighting a wall, using cove lighting in a bar area or theater, or placing halo lighting around art sculptures or bookshelves can pack just the right punch of color." This
