Here's that green again on the walls--so fresh…love the tufted sofa with nailheads, the stylized wingback chairs and the graphic rug...
Rug takes care of pattern in room. - but is it limiting to other ways you can accent things?

I would assume this opening, framed in reclaimed timber (beautiful!), is a load bearing wall, yes? We are planning a kitchen remodel and are trying to decide to create a pass-through island/counter UNTIL I came across this idea -- I'm interested in your

Thank you very much. Unfortunately we no longer have record of the paint schedule for this project. The trim and finish work was painted with Sherwin Williams "Old Quaker" in a lacquer finish, not sure about the walls and ceilings... Sorry!

The backsplash detail was installed using two different products. We combined a 4"x8" white carrera tile separated with a 1" band of oval metallic tiles. It creates an interesting design tying in the Stainless Steel appliances

hardwood floor but I don't know the color or details. We only provided the beams. The actual interior design was by P [Four] of Washington, D.C. They're not on Houzz but they have a web site you could direct your question to.

Pergola in Spring!
We are considering building a large pergola with columns in our garden. How did you secure the columns to the ground? The columns are round permacast.
Hi Helen.... We had to pour a footing 4' deep for each column and insert a pressure treated post for the column to sit upon. These columns are not round, they are square but I know that they come round. The columns come with installation instructions. Thanks for the inquiry!
one is over 10 years old but I think we were able to get the entire top of the pergola covered after 3 or 4 years.
system (see link below). The upper vines wrap around the columns of the pergola, if not cut back it is strong enough to pull it off of it's footing, we have to prune 2-3 times a year. http://www.deeproot.com/products/root-barrier/applications?gclid=CO7Sioi89rwCFQ1o7AodfwUAXQ

Interior Designer located in San Clemente and would love to offer my services should you need them for your beach house remodel. Please visit my website at WWW.ACCESS2DESIGNS.COM and click the "Design Services" tab. As far as decorating items… We do have a number of manufacturers featured on the site
Throughout many of the Q & A's Clark Collins uses the "proprietary info to owner/client" line but funny enough he does answer questions about where to find things such as a bed, blinds on windows and paint colors but refuses to say where a set of basic house numbers were purchased. The secrecy is a bit ridiculous
