Repurposing a salvaged sink
This salvaged kitchen sink was found awhile ago by the client who new she wanted to use it if ever she renovated. Integrated beautifully into the Danby marble countertop and backsplash with new fixtures it is a real joy to clean up. This kitchen was formerly a dark paneled, cluttered, divided space
would hand wash my dishes everyday to look out that wonderful window.
We found a salvaged wallmount sink with drainboard that we want to use in our kitchen remodel, but it is only 20" deep and we are wondering how to incorporate it

could use a 3'0" metal door as the core and a 6" wide board on the lock side. Note: most metal door blacks can be at a door shop that sell them, a sheet-metal shop, or self cut with a metal cutting blade added to a stand field saw.

Consider using a salvaged door, glass panes removed, in lieu of a typical trellis panel, for a privacy screen.
your salvage piece will make it safe and also allow plant to weave through the openings. Without a frame, a door can be stationary. Large, heavy doors like this are better used in this way.

ve to use a pre-made horizontal type of edging on terrain such as this. Unless you use horizontal 4 x 6 pieces of lumber which can be cut and stacked horizontally to step down your slope, you're better off, I think, with these two ideas: either use vertical elements for edging, such as bricks, cobblestones

bender board. Both types of bender board require the separate purchase of stakes for installation.Also, if you're using redwood or another type of wooden bender board, it's helpful to soak it in water for several hours or overnight to soften it up and make it more pliable during installation.

I love those light fixtures. Are they salvage?
The counters are made from a wood called "Lyptus". I have seen them years after install and they still look terrific. They require occasonal oiling that is all.
homeowner just cuts on a cutting board so that helps keep the counters pretty maintainance free for wood counters plus they dont mind a little signs of wear and tear.
where made by a custom shop and the color is from Sherwin William's "Preservation Palette" I recall it being "Roycroft Vellum" . Thank you Queenvictoriarose!
I'm not sure if you really mean the actual bread board or the counters because
"find" a salvaged antique sink - but American Standard has a nice one like it, good luck!
