One of my favorite choices for a chair is a dressmaker's cut, sometimes referred to as a drop skirt. It creates a casual but tailored vibe. This detail works great with linen and cotton. Notice the contrasting band on the bottom edge. Pretty!

Walls are Duron Tatami 8143 cut in half, trim is Patina 8075 cut in half, and the cabinets are Patina 8075.
Duron Martha Stewart Patina with a white glaze. It is not available, but should still be able to be made. In past posts, I have given other similar colors.
The cabinet color is Duron Patina #8075, the walls are Duron Tatami #8143 (Cut in Half), and the countertops are Botticino Florito marble that has a honed finish.
Thank you for the lovely compliment. I do not have the Martha Stewart paints to look at Hemp or Heavy Goose, but Patina is close to Sherwin Williams Amazing Gray SW 7044 and a little darker than Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter HC-172.

Do you know the three colors of paints used to create this beautiful patina look? I want to paint my shutters a color similar to this but am not sure where to start! thanks!
I am pretty sure those are oxidized copper window frames, that have patina'ed over time. However you can possibly replicate the affect with a mint julep light green(light), eucalyptus/sage green(medium), and streak ink blue/midnight blue (dark) in an outdoor
Contrast back of house details w/stucco
Careful detailing gave the exterior an aged appearance. Hickman tinted the stucco a soft putty color, and painters used a three-step process on the wood trim to simulate a worn patina. After living in this home for eight years, Dona wouldn't change a thing. right. But we can't share details about colors on this specific property...that is all.
Good question, Annette. I believe the cooper is new. We handled the restoration of the painted surfaces, not the gutters. In my experience, I believe most homeowners let Copper patina. It would be very difficult
look cool, but not normal to leave it that way. So my guess is that it is now a more patina finish. It is not recommended to seal up copper with any clear coat. So either have fun polishing or let it naturally patina.
Specific details here are not my taste, but love the idea of the walkway from the entry to the sidewalk

Most, though not all, colonial revival homes are symmetrical (as the one shown is), with classically detailed entrance porches and grouped double-hung windows. Differences between classically based houses can be subtle, and suburban developments often mimic
