I've seen these from Walter's Wicker - available through Webster & Co at the design ctr but they look almost identical to a chair from Crate and Barrel - there is a Kubu chair from Walter's Wicker too but it has a more contemporary look (pricey though)

wicker chairs also look great on a patio. Just make sure yours are treated in a way that can stand up to the weather if you plan on leaving them out all the time.
