recommend it. I prevents food stains from penetrating and also stops water marks that you will see on Marble if left untreated. You still have to be careful with marble, I have never left red wine on the counter for hours at time. I would use it on all marble surfaces in the house.

I love it! Are the sconces by it also from schonbek? Were the island chandeliers done in the bronze? And which model are they? Also, i love the island counter, what is it? Is there a granite that you might suggest that would give a similar feel at a level 1 price? I am also curious about wall color..

It's a Walnut door with a custom blend of stains. It was custom designed and made specifically for this client, so you will not be able to purchase it anywhere, Builder's Choice Cabinets in Minneapolis, MN built it. Thanks!
OOps - all the comments didn't load initially. I see that you discussed the wood panel overlays on the sub zero in a previous comment. Sorry about that!

My lighting consultant is directing me to halogen under counter lighting saying heat is related to wattage and halogen has the "bad rap" in this regard due to its misuse in early years. Comments. I am also considering using a convertible recessed with incandescent

What I cannot tell from your photo is whether the tub and top surface is all one piece. Thank you so very much for your help on this matter
sharing all of your hard work on this bathroom, but I have one more question to ask of you. All of the trim, i.e., crown molding, door facings, etc., what color did you use? I just love everything about this bathroom, just everything... Thank you so kindly.
end with all the extra labor we probably did not end up saving that much.

traditional detailing, providing lovingly detailed built-ins for the clients extensive collection of beautiful dishes, and lightening up the color palette we were able to create a rather miraculous transformation. The wide plank salvaged pine floors, the antique french dining table, as well as the Galbraith

counter top it's black marble ? Or quartz?
We suggest adding a trim piece in the same material and maybe it has an simple edge detail. Maybe it's even a beveled edge? The top can be a similar trim piece or the 2x4 could be it. If you visit your local tile showroom they will have tile board showing options. Good luck
if its pure black, its black granite, if it has shiny speckles, it's black quartz. Visit us at tiledaily.com, might be able to hook you up.
