Sunnyeggs: I was the designer on this project. There was a very old utility sink in the opposite corner from this laundry area. We remodeled that in to a full bathroom and eliminated the laundry sink. You can see that in the other photos for this project.
I spoke with Mike O'Hearn, the senior project designer on this project, and he assured me that the dryer and the bathroom fan both vent outside.

This is so cool! I would love to be able to hide my furnace room like this. However, it seems like a project like this would take a long time. I love the bookshelf and the white paint. This room is so pretty. Thank you for this great picture.

thank you for your question! Since the project is several years completed, I do not have the paint colors any longer. However, I can tell you that the walls were a light sand color and the ceiling was a soft white (not your traditional bright white). I do hope that helps you in your quest Always my

As long as the passageway is the same height as your doors, your ceiling is 8'. Doors are usually a standard of 6'-8".
