hi snooks..........the tile was fairly inexpensive as tile goes. It is a 12 x 24 and ran under $15 sq ft. However that was three years ago and I was working with one of my vendors. I don't know if this tile is still available but the best tile company in northern nj is Design with Tile

know what the color is. When I designed this kitchen I had the cabinetry company paint the crown molding the same color as the cabinets for a more integrated look. The hood was also made custom and sent to the cabinetry company so that all could be painted at the same time

We are the Architects for the project. The ceilings are 4" v-groove MDF panels from Nantucket Beadboard Company (available in 4x8, 4x10 or 4x12 sheets).

The overhang is about 14" deep at the deepest part (the counter has a slight curve). There are posts left and right and an apron that spans the whole seating section. The posts carry the weight.
