material do you have on the roof?
Where can I see the house plans for this home? It's amazing!
Georgia? Do you build homes with open floor plans and wrap around porches?
now. It's just attic up there. The dormers on this house do add a very nice element to the roof line. The dormers caught my eye because they follow the 75% rule and look perfect (Window area should take up at least 75% of the over all dormer size). I got that out of my "What Not To Build" book. Great
They do not have a purpose other than adding detail to an unsightly roof. If you do not add something behind the glass you will see the framing and existing roof through the glass.
Is it possible to see the floor plans please?
Sure. This is a flat lot house, so it will fit on any flat lot. The main rooms on the lower level are open to each other. Looking at the house, the rooms are from the left -living-entry-dining-kitchen.

Do you think it would be more cost effective to create artificial hedges?
Here in California we have been experiencing some extreme droughts and I was wondering if I decide to go with some artificial hedges if it would still look this amazing, because I think it would be really cost effective in
wide, but it is a very slow-growing plant. Benefits and tolerances: Boxwood is somewhat drought tolerant and should not be left sitting in standing water due to its short roots.
