Where did the light fixture come from?
FYI, it looks very close to my bathroom paint, which is silver sage by restoration hardware.
Question was previously answered by the designer of this great bathroom. The mirror is actually a medicine
curve to the bar is what makes it more difficult to find - and perfect for my situation (there will be an arched mirror beneath it.) Even better, our bathroom has little glass square tiles so the shape of the glass shade is also perfect. If anyone knows the exact brand, I'd love to know, please - thanks

Yes, they are from Visual Comfort which can be purchased online on Circalighting.com. If you look at other questions from this bathroom, I have posted the name and model a few times.
Perhaps you could get a similar look by ordering kitchen depth cabinets for vanity (24") depth) and bathroom depth vanity for linen closets (21" depth)
