This client wanted a 4 season Sunroom which allowed them to view their newly landscaped backyard. Ventilation was a main concern along with keeping true to the original style of the house. A powder room was added within the space.

This mudroom/laundry room is 15'-6" x 12'-6" x 14'-4" x 20'-10"! It was definitely a unique space to design because it is full of angles!

are similar to yours, roughly 18" deep x 94" long. The 2 x 4s will be nailed to the wall studs on all 3 sides, to get the same floating effect.
What type of tile was used here? I am redoing our three season porch and want to use similar tile ( I like the dark color)

This looks great!. How is the bench constructed? I am currently building the same type of area, and plan to make a 2 x 4 torsion box (with 1/2 plywood glued and nailed on top and bottom)
Is the Bead Board on the ceiling original to the space or was it added? If added, is it strips or 4'x8' sheets?
