Kitchen sink 32x 19. Only Single bowl Stainless
with stairs off centered from front door. I have ceramic tile in the foyer all the way into the kitchen and eating area. It is 8" tile so considering 18x18 (less grout). Your professional opinion is sincerely appreciated.

The overall width is 7'-9"W. The middle section is 4'-4"W x 2' D; the left and right side is 1'-8.5"W x 2'-1"D. The seat height is 18" and approx. 66" to the bottom of the storage shelf.
The flooring is a slate in a 12 X 12 size. The color is called Autumn Mist-multi color.
