Seen here above the entry door is the second addition to the house- an open bunk space that pulls doubly duty as a great hang-out space for the kids, and a sleeping space for additional guests. The original cedar shake siding was duplicated and continued on the additions, to create a seamless blending of old and new.

If you want a traditional home look and to make your house stand out, then add in this black smooth Belleville door with fan lite and Panama glass. It allows for natural light to enter, but you still get all the privacy, especially if you live in a city. Don't want a black door? There are plenty of other colors to choose from!

This West Linn 1970's split level home received a complete exterior and interior remodel. The design included removing the existing roof to vault the interior ceilings and increase the pitch of the roof. Custom quarried stone was used on the base of the home and new siding applied above a belly band for a touch of charm and elegance. The new barrel vaulted porch and the landscape design with it's curving walkway now invite you in. Photographer: Benson Images and Designer's Edge Kitchen and Bath

This home exterior has Cedar Shake siding in Sherwin Williams 2851 Sage Green Light stain color with cedar trim and natural stone accents. The windows are Coconut Cream colored Marvin Windows, accented by simulated divided light grills. The door is Benjamin Moore Country Redwood. The shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Weatherwood .
Ohio Exteriors
Ohio Exteriors removed two layers of siding - wood and vinyl. We then installed new, low-maintenance James Hardie 7 1/4' fiber cement siding (Mountain Sage) and trim (Sailcloth). Along the way, we capped all the windows, and wrapped the soffit and fascia. This complete makeover makes this older home look years younger!

This well-proportioned two-story design offers simplistic beauty and functionality. Living, kitchen, and porch spaces flow into each other, offering an easily livable main floor. The master suite is also located on this level. Two additional bedroom suites and a bunk room can be found on the upper level. A guest suite is situated separately, above the garage, providing a bit more privacy.

This gorgeous 3-story rests on a beautiful Lake Austin lot with lake access. Set far back from the street, this home hints at its Cape Cod origins while boasting magnificent views of the lake from nearly every room. Its charming courtyards and relaxing outdoor porches are the envy of the neighborhood.
