The first residential project undertaken as Dungan Nequette in 1999 was this house with amazing views atop Springville Mountain. The owner is a talented builder who wanted to try and achieve the look of ancient cottages from old paintings. It helped that he was not afraid of the difficult details it took to create such a unique look.
