Addition and remodel of a single-family home in Point Loma. The client expressed a desire to bring a welcoming presence to the front of the house, so JLC Architecture provided a front porch that extends out toward the street along with a complete finish upgrade to the exterior. Interior work includes a new open plan kitchen and breakfast nook.
