someone elaborate on how this floor is done? Do the linoleum manufacturers custom cut shapes for the design?

Can you tell me the brand and type of tile on this kitchen floor? Or...where I can find it online?
Globus Cork Flooring has ready-cut cork with this pattern in scrumptious colors. It's in my kitchen, and is much warmer and more forgiving than tile.

what is the floor made of?
know the cost or the amount i'm willing to spend on the floor quite yet. my appliance choice (already selected) is thermador...and that took up quite a bit of my budget. i still need to consider the counter, cabinets, slight reconfiguing of my kitchen wall and i'd also like a few wood beams to run along
