planted. they are just happy. the varieties make a difference at to how many blooms you get also. Roseum Elegans are a very hardy variety.
They grow larger (...than?). Hosta are great! Amen brother! Bloom @ varying times, tall blooms and in this plant setting....variety in height and leaf color
