part in between the steps the white one is that wood too..I'm planning to do my stairs similar to this but i need more info of what material were they made...
normally the skirt here made from mdf and then pained, stairs are stained wood and on it carpet.

can also add to the timing - if the item is being made in China it will take longer than if it is being made in the country. For example, all of our newel posts are carved in-house and made-to-order so you would only have to wait for them to be made, not shipped across an ocean.

after 10 years, we have to add handrails balusters newels. OH BOY! We also hand built our whole house with 62 windows, with roman ogee and rosettes we made because the store didn't have our size and would have cost too much. Of course I love these newels, they are out of my range, but I would love to find

I love the handrail. Who made it?
It was made by a local welder in Austin in 2002. I think he worked for Spillar welding- but there are numerous very good metal workers in central Texas.
