like LED lighting which is popular in wine cellars. Wine safety is critical and you don't want the wine bottles exposed to direct light. LED lights use 80%
although they may be overkill. Don't like glass fronted cabinets, in rack lighting & wasted space of slanted display racks.

this is too modern, but the idea of a smaller wine cellar and the dining outside of the room
