what information do I need for my dealer to order this "baschmitz" til

cabinet has a surrounding mitered frame of finished walnut stock from our cabinet manufacturer, Draper/DBS. I took their material, mitered and joined it together, much like a picture frame, and attached those frames to the cabinet boxes. Our carpenter then slid each entire assembly into their respective openings
