great water feature! love the lilly pads
Add a pond adjacent to the house?
Perfect lily pads for the koi ponds surrounding
nice feel to the coping over the pond... cantilevered - the idea is water looks like it is flowing underneath...
to the house or perhaps in the courtyard
my new koi pond? I love the large lillies
The water gardens especially love the water lilies.

at is the name of the plant?
What is the name of the plant that has a large leaf hanging over the wood brige? Will it grown in Zone 9?
overlook the dramatic and architectural textures that they lend to the landscape as well. Every single texture in the photo here is provided by a tropical plant, yet gardeners outside the tropics can get the same effects by using temperate and tropical foliage plants together in the same bed. The philodendron
This is the idea I had for the walk from the deck steps to the privacy fence gate.
this can be adapted to be the hiking path all around the edge of the yard
peeking over the path? Its iconic cut leaves make it worthwhile to grow in a container and take indoors for winter

you get the water to appear that color? Thanks
Can you tell me what the names of the boulders you are using here are called? They look fantastic against the light here.
The railings pictured here are very striking, who made them?
This used to be the driveway to the old garage. Its completely manufactured.
These are submerges halogen lights. The surrounding stone, reflecting the light, is a sandy beige color giving the light these warm tones.
assortment. The larger yards have the larger boulders. These varied in size from 3-5 tons apiece.
like the water, not the bridge or railing
I love the sound of running
super use of an otherwise dead space under the steps
I would love this going down the hill into the lake

What is the name of the fig like tree on the left?
love the tropical look of this landscaping design, wish you would post the entire yard, I bet it's magnificent!
heliconia on the left. it has red and chartreuse flowers.
side for the calming sound effect as well as the look (not like this tiered fountain, but similar idea).

Stacked retaining wall! Information about the product?
Is this a free-standing structure or is it attached to the house?
installed by the builder using Vendura Stone. They are plantable.
This is free standing. It has 4 posts and is below the roof line.
I like the base detail of each post. I suspect the posts are sitting on metal hardware to prevent them from directly contacting the earth/concrete. The details at the bottom would cover this. Adds a sense of stability and establishment to structure. Well done.
nice over the landing at the front
For the walkway to the door. We need some shade.
The walkway - this could be good for our house
The vines soften the look of the poles.

Are the floor plans for this house available?
Is is possible to find out who the architect was and/or if they have the floor plan available to see online?
hired by the homeowners to design and build the single storey addition the outdoor buildings and to renovate the main floor interior spaces. I can't confirm whether the homeowners had the original house custom built or they bought it. In either case, unfortunately we don't have floor plans available for
I like the individual enclosures for the Hot Tub & what I would use as a Bar... Do NOT want to block the view of the land behind the property & would want to utilize the land on the south side of the house
The screened in walls are an option for the hot tub

myself with the rocks that I have? Should I have to buy a "round firepit mold". thank you so much for any advice
What's the diameter and height of the fire pit?
Normally I don't ask, however, approximately how much was the gazebo to build?
The deck is a salt finished concrete with a Butterfield Georgia Clay integral color - this means that the color is actually mixed into the concrete so the color does not just appear on the top layer of concrete. The bar table top is a large Oklahoma flagstone slab that we chipped by hand to get the desired

gazebo at the edge of our lake
love the giant pond with the gazebo and the chairs
I love the way the flat rocks have been set over the water!!
we like the rock formation on the edge of pond
remove the gazebo. This is the best photo for shoreline with placed rocks I have seen.
great with the gazebo by the pond ,and then the chairs outside of that, by a fire pit. Put lots of rocks around the gazebo and chairs to create the edges of the sitting area.
Tropical Aquascaping! Consider the swamp area, the lagoon, and the pond.....this is great!
