This remodel included a re-design of the stair rail system. We selected a local company to help provide the best system to fit this contemporary setting. The stairrail travels from lower lever to upstairs balcony and loft and is a perfect match to the rest of the interior. Martin King Photography

This Contemporary Powder Room was designed to be a "wow" with it's unusual wall hung toilet, the floating vanity, the vessel sink and in wall faucets installed in the mirror. The wallpaper appears to be leather but is durable vinyl and a patterned porcelain tile adds tremendous interest and fun. Martin King Photography

This dining area is adjacent to and open to the kitchen. We added a wet bar with additional storage and with a hammered nickel bar sink. Cabinetry and dining furniture blend stainless with Espresso wood for a contemporary but timless, clean appearance. Martin King Photography

This kitchen was completely gutted and re-designed. With structural engineering advice, we removed a wall separating the kitchen from the dining space. We slightly widened the kitchen walls to provide room for an island with storage and seating. The style is contemporary with slab style cabinet doors, obscure glass, and a glass backsplash. In this space, we started with the artwork as our inspiration to lead the way for our color palette. This contemporary living room is ultra-comfortable and has multiple uses. The sofa is actually a super-comfortable sleeper sofa to accommodate overnight guests and the two blue chairs swivel around to allow "theater style" TV viewing on the large LCD behind them. We used graph...More
