The kitchen in this rental property had taken a real hammering and was desperately in need of an update. A tiny space, the owner wanted to ensure we retained space for all the necessary equipment and provide as much storage as possible but created a modern scheme with a feeling of space. Before - a cumbersome fold down bed was removed whilst retaining but re-furbishing the important storage space surrounding it. Spot-lights were installed in the recess so that space hungry bedside lamps weren't necessary.
