This photo depicts Piuma Road which is a public view shed as defined by the City of Malibu/ County of Los Angeles. The house we obtained approval for is positioned directly at the top of the cliff. The project was highly sensitive and applied the most visual aesthetically pleasing design as possible to accommodate public view sheds and resources.

This photo depicts a vineyard we obtained approval from the County of Los Angeles Department of Regional Planning. The vineyard also incorporates the fuel modification plan and requirements as set forth by the County of Los Angeles Fire Department. Approximately 2.4 acres were dedicated to fire prevention and the vineyard.
