New second floor bath was designed to be period appropiate with finishes and fixtures typical of Arts & Crafts era.

House during construction shows extent of restoration. Much of the redwood siding had to be replaced. We added 2 x 6 to edge of eave to replicate original integral gutter, and removed one board to restore rafter tails. Wisteria vine that grew on former trellis recovered, and flourished.

View from backyard with restoration complete. We restored eaves, roofing, rafter tails and pergola. Wisteria covered pergola faces south, providing welcome shade for terrace, living and dining rooms.

Front view with restoration complete. Earthy color palette was intended to blend the house with natural features, live oak and sycamore maple trees.
