Here is the finished fireplace installation from the living room side. This is a pretty wide open space, and the fireplace creates a pleasant room divider without interrupting lines of sight too much. This direct vent gas fireplace features an onyx surround and hearth and a Gothic arched stone mantel. There is a 42" television hidden behind the artscreen above the fireplace.
