This makeover was completed with a new coat of paint and some new lighting fixtures coordinated by Genise Plessas Designs.
I like to place the shower mixing valve at the entrance to the shower to enable the shower to be turned on without waking all the way in. Makes you wonder why it isn't always done this way??
We completed this Jacuzzi tub with a 14" backsplash with glass tile accent band, chrome square fixtures to match the theme of the rest of the project, and the addition of an inline heater to help keep the water at the desired temperature as the whirlpool jets circulate.
Before- This circa 1970's sunken roman tile tub complete with a brass pole was no doubt the rave in it's time.

Most people take the shortcut by doing a 3 piece mitered corner on their bullnosed base. However most base profiles offer bullnosed corner pieces to get a true radiused corner
A sleek minimalistic look for those who dare to be different. The no trim look is an awesome alternative to the excessive wood trim we often see these days.
I saw this curfed door style in a home in San Diego and was hooked. Notice the door has no door casing but instead the sheetrock rounds into the door jamb. There's a little added cost in the drywall end but the lack of door casing offsets the extra drywall work.

This portion of the wall is under a front porch roof and in full shade and as you can see the siding, (done by others) just didn't hold up.
This is the exterior addition although most of the work is being done in the kitchen. More pix to come.

Just because your bathroom is small doesn't mean it can't be beautiful! This project included 2 completely remodeled bathrooms. Combining 2 bedrooms to make 1 large master suite complete with a large walk-in closet. As well as new engineered hardwood flooring in the hallway and living room.
