We added 2 6 dollar drop cloths and firring strips to the top of the pergola beams to hold them down instead of spending 44 dollars a yard on Sunbrella Fabric. Even if we have to buy new ones every year, it's a better deal!

Step up deck and pergola added to our stamped concrete patio for additional space, privacy and shade. We added 2/6 dollar drop cloths and firring strips to the top of the pergola beams to hold them down instead of spending 44 dollars a yard on Sunbrella Fabric. Even if we have to buy new ones every year, it's a better deal!

Built in space bumped out into unused garage area. Compact corner desk and reading nook. Reclaimed wood molding around outside of opening is from a demolished cigar bar.

Area bumped out of our family room into our garage. Took very little space out of our garage but added tremendously to the family room. Used reclaimed wood from a cigar bar demo for molding around the outside of the nook.
