Theres a youtube channel called growing your greens that he added a removable extension to the top to allow trellising of melons and cukes.
The whole concept. Wonderful way to water and could use frame work as a way wo secure so sort of cover to protect in winter.

Raised beds to protect from soccer balls. Small backyard and lawn space
would have to get rid of some laurel trees and our backyard is huge.
perfect when parents are moving in, but not everyone has this option. If you are all sharing the same house, offer a few extras (like an in-room coffee bar) that will give your new housemates more freedom.
