What kind of sink is that by the kitchen window?
wide is the window? How high?
What kind of window is that? Is it a casement with a transom at the top? double hung? Do the outside windows open or is it all just stationary?
Being a fabricator of customer window treatments, my experience would say this treatment is mounted on an arched board or some other sub-structure. There is a slim possibility it's an arched rod.
