Can I use cedar in a wine cellar? some people say that the smell will seep into the cork and can cause the wine to spoil. please need advise. thank you Rosa

recommend using wood that is properly dried well before it is cut. This is a solid piece and does have a slight curve in the top. We feel that it adds to the character. Good luck on your project!

We set it back 100mm from the rear wall and glued it to aluminium channels around the perimeter, so that they would not cast shadows. We installed LED strip lighting also around the perimeter with the transformer in the cupboard
