seen many pictures of nursery rooms and I am always curious to know why the changing pads are not more secure? There are changing table trays that the pads can go inside of and it would be an added measure of security for the baby. Maybe people do not know that the trays exist.

think the baby who sleeps in this room will only be able to stare at that black frame on the wall. Their vision takes a while to develop so as infants they enjoy the stimulation of more contrast. But it is tranquil. Spa nursery. Lol
in this nursery is so perfect and peaceful , and elegant! i'm a huge fan of non-theme rooms for babies:-)

Moroccan theme we were going for.
7. The nursery is one of the most thought-about rooms in a home that’s expecting a baby. Once that nesting impulse kicks in, look out. Here designer Lori Gentile was going for a soft Moroccan theme, incorporating light pink decor and a henna-style paisley-pattern wallpaper. It’s got just the right mix
serene nursery takes on a royal Indian vibe with a mosquito-netting-inspired canopy.
4. Throw in an oversize stuffed animal to set a playful tone. I remember when my now-teenage daughter was a baby. She had a giant bear that she affectionately called B. Her first words were "Mama," "Daddy," "ball"

was the theme for this little boy’s nursery. The trompe l’oeil mural painted on all four walls and the ceiling was designed to be visually stimulating but pastoral and calming as well. Light fluffy clouds hang in the clear blue sky, while various friendly farm animals roam the idyllic countryside and

Themed. Themed spaces become more difficult to pull off as children age, since their tastes and style change so quickly. But a playful themed nursery — like this country-style farm room — works wonderfully. A scenic wall mural, rustic room accents and farm-style accessories (like those fun picture frames)

unique nursery that has a lot of wow with this unexpected color combination. Whimsical and dramatic that also has a sense of calm when you are in the room. This design would also look good in other areas of your home for a tree of your life concept. Paint colors are at ppgporterpaints.com, Sweetbriar

heesy nursery decor. It's easy to go overboard with themes in the nursery. But as long as you use a light touch, themes can help create an imaginative and personal nest for your little one. Avoiding overly commercial motifs (like cartoon characters) means the space will still feel appropriate a few years
a bird theme, try using pale blue or robin's egg on the walls, and seek out nursery art and soft toys featuring birds, feathers, nests or eggs. For textiles, reference the theme in a subtle way with a mix of one or two solids, a stripe and a botanical or geometric print in shades of sky and grass.
